Cleck won the toss and decided to bowl first on saturday. Cleck quickly picked up their first wicket through Rich Pyrah, having them 2 for 1. Him and Iain Wardlaw opened up well and bowled very tight before Rich then picked up his second a few overs later having them 48-2. Bankfoot’s overseas batted well for his 92 before being dismissed by a good ball from young 15 year old Ibrahim Ahmed. Ibrahim bowled very well for his 3-19 off 8 overs and was a a major positive from the innings and a sign of things to come. Iain Wardlaw finished the tail off with figures of 3-54 from his 15, Rich Pyrah finished with 2- 68 from 11 and Amir Hussain picked up 1-34 from 6 overs. Bankfoot we’re bowled out for 231 from 47 overs.

Cleck came out to bat and started well before loosing Ethan Lee(23) at 55-1. Kris Ward batted well for his 55 and Yousef Baber also looked good for his first half century in England. Cleck lost Kris and Yousef in quick succession for 148-3. Rich Pyrah(53) then batted positively and looked like he would take cleck over the line with the help of a quick stint from Mally (18) but cleck fell just short, losing by 12 runs and finishing the 50 overs 219-5.
